Return Policy

General Information

When You receive Your package, please check all items immediately to make sure they are correct and working.

For health and safety reasons, we only accept returns of DEFFECTIVE or INCORRECT items. You can return such item for a credit or a replacement within 30 days after delivery.

Please make sure to return the items in their original packaging, as otherwise there is no reimbursement.

Videos and Audiotapes can be returned only sealed in their original packing. We can only accept opened Videos and Audiotapes for return if they are broken or defective.

Return Instructions

If You’re facing a situation when You need to return an item, here is what You need to do:

  1. Contact us at support@wowvibe.com to let us know of the problem and wait for our approval on the return.
  2. Send the item(s) in their original packaging to our address, as seen on Your packing slip. In your return package please include:
    • The packing slip;
    • A note telling us what the problem was;
    • A note stating whether You would like a refund or an exchange for another item;
    • Undamaged item(s) in their original packaging;
    • Any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment.
  3. Allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive and process Your return.

Refunds Or Replacements

If You are returning an item for a refund/replacement due to a defect or any shipping error made by us, once we receive it, we will credit a full amount of Your order or send a replacement without any additional fees.

If any of the instructions on this page are not followed, You may not be refunded at all or may incur a 25% restocking fee.

If an order has been returned as Refused without contacting us, a 10% restocking fee will be imposed.

Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return or the item is defective.

Other Return Reasons

If You feel the item was not as advertised, please consult the page where the item is listed and make sure that You are correct. Then please email us with the webpage address and let us know what You found to be different. We will refund You if the necessary information is missing, and we appreciate help to improve our site.

If a product has clear and correct size measurements, then we will NOT allow a return because of size. If the size is not listed on the page, we will accept a return if You provide us with detailed accurate measurements that we can add to the site.
